Welcome to YTubeStats. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use YTubeStats.
1. About YTubeStats
YTubeStats is a YouTube creator intelligence platform that provides:
- Public channel and video analytics dashboards
- Growth trend tracking and historical snapshots
- ML-powered rankings and predictions
- Related creator discovery
- Video performance analysis
YTubeStats is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
2. Use of YouTube Data
YTubeStats accesses YouTube data through the official YouTube Data API v3. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:
YTubeStats displays publicly available YouTube data for informational and analytical purposes only. All data remains the property of the respective YouTube creators and YouTube/Google.
3. Acceptable Use
When using YTubeStats, you agree to:
- Use the service for lawful purposes only
- Not attempt to scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from our platform
- Not use our data to harass, defame, or harm YouTube creators
- Not redistribute our analytics, rankings, or predictions commercially without permission
- Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
- Not impersonate YTubeStats or misrepresent your affiliation with us
4. Data Accuracy
Important: YTubeStats provides data "as is" from the YouTube API. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, statistics, rankings, or predictions displayed on our platform.
- Subscriber and view counts are sourced from the YouTube API and may differ slightly from what YouTube displays due to API update frequency
- Revenue estimates are calculated using industry-standard CPM ranges and are approximations only — actual creator revenue may vary significantly
- Growth predictions are generated by ML algorithms based on historical data and should not be relied upon as guarantees of future performance
- Rankings are based on our proprietary scoring algorithm and reflect data within our tracked channel database, not all of YouTube
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Content
The YTubeStats platform, including its design, code, algorithms, rankings methodology, and original content, is owned by YTubeStats and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5.2 YouTube Content
All YouTube channel names, video titles, thumbnails, and related content belong to their respective creators and YouTube/Google. YTubeStats does not claim ownership of any YouTube content.
5.3 Thumbnail and Image Usage
Channel thumbnails and video thumbnails displayed on YTubeStats are served directly from YouTube's CDN and are used in accordance with the YouTube API Terms of Service for the purpose of identifying channels and videos.
6. Channel Owner Rights
If you are a YouTube channel owner:
- Your publicly available channel data may appear on YTubeStats as part of our analytics service
- You may request removal of your channel data by contacting [email protected]
- We will process removal requests within 7 business days
- Removal will delete your channel, video data, and historical snapshots from our database
7. Service Availability
- YTubeStats is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time
- Data refresh frequency depends on YouTube API availability and our quota allocation
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- YTubeStats is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on data, predictions, or rankings displayed on our platform
- Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any)
9. Third-Party Services
YTubeStats integrates with the following third-party services:
- YouTube Data API v3: For channel and video data (Terms)
- FlagCDN: For country flag images
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to YTubeStats at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of YTubeStats after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
